Instant Email Replies
For questions, clarifications, or requests Jobot can answer on the spot, it replies directly to your thread, formatted, professional, and fast. Jobot maintains proper email threading and intelligently handles CC and BCC recipients. If your original email included colleagues in the thread, Jobot keeps them in the loop automatically. If someone asked to be moved to BCC, Jobot respects that too.
Content Generation From Any Source
Forward a press release, paste in a product announcement URL, or attach a research PDF and tell Jobot what you want. Jobot will use your publication's existing templates to generate a ready-to-review content draft, sourced directly from the material you sent.
Example: A health reporter forwards a link to a new FDA guidance document with a note: "Draft a news brief on this for our morning newsletter." Jobot scrapes the page, reads the document, runs it through the reporter's article template, and saves a draft to their content library.
